Hello, Adventurers!

The Galapagos Islands have long been a treasure trove of life and diversity. At Galagents, we’re devoted to making your journey unforgettable and secure. And let’s not forget, we’re equally committed to conserving the unique wildlife that makes the Galapagos a global gem.

We understand that there may be concerns with the recent detection of H5N1 avian influenza among some bird species in the Galapagos. But worry not! We’ve got you and our feathered friends covered. Here’s how:

Our Biosecurity Measures:

👟 Top-notch Disinfection: We thoroughly sanitize all shoes and clothing before boarding or disembarking our ship. You’ll be as fresh as the sea air!

🛥️ Spotless Zodiacs: Our Zodiac boats are comprehensively cleaned after every landing. We aim for nothing less than pristine!

👀 Eagle-eyed Monitoring: Our dedicated team is always vigilant, ensuring the well-being of the local fauna, and ready to report any unusual occurrences.

💺 Clean areas: Did you spot a feather on the ground? No need for concern. We sanitize all common areas daily.

😷 Extra Precaution: Should anyone show flu-like symptoms, masks are mandatory during excursions to protect everyone involved.

  • On our Diving Cruise: The visits to Vicente Roca Point on Isabela Island and Douglas Cape in Fernandina Island will be replaced by the scuba sites of Marshall Cape and City of the Mantas, both at Isabela Island, while keeping the same number of planned immersions.
